Looking for an order update?

Your shipping confirmation email carries the tracking link. Tracking can take a couple of business days to start moving after you receive it — that's normal, and it doesn't mean the parcel is lost.

If you don't hear back

Check your spam folder before assuming we ignored you: that's where our replies usually end up. If it isn't there, send the message again — we'd rather answer twice than leave you waiting.
