Refunds & Returns

If something is damaged, faulty or not what we described, we'll make it right — replacement or refund, at no extra cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can come back within 14 days of delivery. Start from the contact page with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us: unannounced returns are easy to lose.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and passes a quick check, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank usually needs a few more days to show it.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address before ordering. Parcels sent to an incomplete or incorrect address may be returned to sender or lost in transit, and a misrouted delivery caused by a wrong address isn't something we can recover.
