We ship worldwide, and shipping is free — no minimum order, no surprise fee at checkout.

Processing

Orders are checked and prepared within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the order is authorised, and a second one with tracking as soon as it leaves.

Delivery

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Tracking may take a couple of business days to start updating — normal, and not a sign of a lost parcel.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes are set by your own country, not by us. Where they apply, they're collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.

Changing an order

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations aren't guaranteed — but write to us straight away from the contact page and we'll do whatever is still possible.
