I watch recipe videos while cooking and could never hear them over the vent. You literally just set the phone on the little lip and it gets louder — no pairing every time like my old speaker. One tip: keep the phone volume above half or it stutters, it says so in the box insert. The sage green actually looks nice next to my stand mixer.
